Founding Senior Full Stack Engineer (Path to CTO)
Booppa is a startup focused on transforming compliance processes for enterprise clients through automation and AI. We are building a LegalTech Intelligence Platform that leverages certified, domain-specific insights to reduce risk and improve efficiency. The platform has four main AI-powered components: SEC Pulse™ for automating SEC filing analysis, Industry Lens™ for advanced legal and financial analysis, Evidence Builder for blockchain-certified evidence, and Compliance Watchdog™ for monitoring and alerts. We are seeking a Founding Senior Full Stack Engineer to architect and build this platform from the ground up. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in Python, FastAPI, React, and AI/ML integration, as well as expertise working with LLM APIs and scalable cloud infrastructure. This position is an opportunity to take on a core technical leadership role, making critical design decisions and growing towards the CTO position at Booppa.
