Author & Book Brand Websites

We are seeking a freelancer or agency to design and build two connected websites for the launch of BLAKDUDE, a memoir and book brand series, managed by Clynico Strategies and BKBS for the author Troy Youngblood. The first website is a static author profile site hosted on Hostingr, which requires only an email signup integrated into Odoo CRM—there is no need for blogging, online store, or events on this site. The second website is a brand hub for the book, built on Odoo, to showcase the memoir with core features at MVP such as landing page, about, blog, excerpt with gated download, buy/preorder links, reviews, and press kit, with full ecommerce readiness and automations by October 2025. Key requirements include Odoo CRM set up, eCommerce and payment functionality, analytics and tagging, accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA), mobile performance, SEO, security, and a clear, maintainable component-based IA. The project requires experience with Odoo Website and eCommerce builds, advanced integrations, automated marketing workflows, accessibility, and a documented process for training and support. Deliverables include full design (with Figma), style guide, initial content load, analytics and attribution setup, SOPs and admin training, with a 90-day warranty after launch. We require weekly progress updates, clear milestones, and documented plans for deployment, backup, and security.
