Responsibilities

• Define and protect the brand voice – warm, visionary, and inspiring, with a touch of magic.
• Write engaging copy for websites, landing pages, blogs, email campaigns, social media, and advertising materials.
• Support patient and client journeys with clear, empathetic communications for onboarding, prescriptions, follow-ups, and seasonal campaigns.
• Conduct keyword research and integrate SEO best practices to balance search optimization with human-centered storytelling.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and leadership teams to align copy with overall strategy and campaigns.
• Contribute to thought leadership efforts by ghostwriting or polishing articles, presentations, and external communications.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of proven copywriting experience (healthcare, wellness, or lifestyle brands preferred).
• Strong understanding of SEO principles, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content structuring.
• Ability to write in multiple tones while staying consistent with brand voice.
• Track record of writing copy that converts and resonates with readers.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Creative, curious, and passionate about blending clinical clarity with soulful storytelling.
