Role (What you own)

Ship high-performing static ads (single images, carousels, YouTube/Google thumbnails) that expand our creative mix and drive profitable sales.

Responsibilities

• Produce batches of statics from briefs and winning concepts (includes carousels + thumbnails).
• Apply simple brand rules (colors/type/layout) so ads are recognizable.
• Write on-image copy: clear headlines, offer stamps, benefit callouts. (You will be responsible for most copywriting on the images).
• Build and refresh a small template library; swap elements fast to avoid fatigue.
• Cover core ratios (1:1, 4:5, 9:16, 16:9) and note what was shipped where.
• Be organized, efficient, and learn quickly.

Must-haves

• Portfolio with direct-response statics (Meta or similar).
• Strong layout/typography in Canva / Figma / Adobe.
• Able to write short, sales-focused copy on images.

AI is non-negotiable
