Having collaborated with global brands like Nike, Uber, and British Airways, this client now runs a thriving consulting business and a growing dance music platform featuring a newsletter and record label. You’ll gain hands-on experience with projects that mix business strategy and creative entertainment.

Our client is seeking a versatile Operations & Marketing Assistant to support and scale both ventures. In this role, you’ll handle everything from creating social content and conducting research to managing project timelines and supporting client deliverables. You’ll work directly with the business owner to prioritize initiatives, streamline workflows, and keep both businesses running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging social media assets and visuals using newsletter content and marketing campaigns
• Conduct research to support newsletter development and consulting client projects
• Build and manage LinkedIn presence for the music business to establish credibility
• Organize project timelines, deadlines, and deliverables across multiple business areas
• Provide operational and administrative support for consulting clients
• Collaborate with the business owner to prioritize and organize strategic initiatives
• Support general marketing activities across both ventures
• Help streamline workflows and set up systems to manage growth

Requirements

• Proficiency with Canva for creating professional visual content
• Experience with Notion for project management and workflow organization
• Strong analytical and research skills with excellent attention to detail
• Strategic thinker who understands business priorities and market dynamics
• Flexible, generalist mindset with enthusiasm for diverse projects
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing deadlines
• Previous experience supporting marketing and operational activities
• Excellent English communication skills for professional interactions
• Self-motivated, independent worker who thrives with strategic direction
• Interest in corporate marketing and/or the creative/entertainment industries is a plus
