Laravel Developer

Full Stack Developer is needed in Faro, Portugal.

We are Hola Finance, a financial management tool for freelancers and small businesses, aiming to make financial services faster, fairer, and more accessible. We are building a modern invoice and expense management platform with features including direct links to accountants, receipt handling, invoice tracking, and tax preparation help. We are looking for a developer to own and lead the development of our Laravel API and frontend stack (Vue, Nuxt, Ionic), help architect and scale our platform as we grow, and collaborate with design, product, and growth teams. You will write clean, maintainable code with a focus on performance, security, and scalability, and mentor junior developers. Applicants should have at least 4 years of professional experience with Laravel and API development, solid frontend skills with Vue/Nuxt, and preferably experience with hybrid mobile frameworks such as Ionic. Experience in fintech or with freelance/small business-focused tools is a plus. The position is remote-first with occasional in-person meetings, preferably based in Andalusia or elsewhere in Spain.
