Looking for animation expert

Animator is needed in Tokyo, Japan.

I am looking for an animator to work on a personal project based in Tokyo, Japan. The project involves creating animation for an 18-page, action-filled script. I am an accomplished playwright and screenwriter, recognized with a national award at the Kennedy Center, and I have two published plays and a short film. I hold an MFA in Dramatic Writing. The animator will be required for onsite work following a hybrid model; however, I am not open to applicants who need to travel from outside the city. The duration of the project is flexible, and I am looking for someone who can help estimate the timeframe. Please contact me if you have relevant animation experience.
