SOVO Retail website brief

We are SoVo, a Singapore-based B2B video production company specializing in short-form video content for brands’ social media campaigns. We are seeking a developer to build a web-based client portal that also functions as an e-commerce platform. The platform must allow our clients to securely log in, view their assigned video libraries organized by duration or campaign, and collaborate on videos with time-stamped comments, feedback, version management, and notifications. Clients need to be able to add videos to their cart, purchase via a standard checkout flow with major credit cards, and download final assets instantly after payment. An admin panel should allow our team to manage users, upload content, assign videos, set pricing, and track payments. Visual designs and branding assets will be provided, and the developer will work collaboratively to choose a robust and scalable technology stack. The final website must be fully responsive. We are inspired by platforms such as Frame.io, Artlist.io, and Vimeo OTT, and would like a prototype delivered by the end of December. We are currently in planning and researching stages and would appreciate your timeline and cost estimates for key project phases.
