procreate, illustrator

I am a retired entrepreneurship professor starting a blog focused on major research universities. I am seeking an illustrator to refine existing sketches or drawings, derived from photographs I provide, into finished black-and-white line art. The artwork should be in a square format and in the New Yorker cartoon style, sometimes with captions. The initial engagement will be for two pieces, with the potential for weekly projects if we find a good fit. You must be proficient in line art, and experienced with either Procreate or Illustrator. No animation or AI tools are permitted. Meeting deadlines and understanding my stylistic requirements are important for ongoing collaboration.
