We are seeking a senior developer to build a prototype for a sentiment-sensitive chatbot for our healthcare company based in London. The chatbot should be able to collect data by asking users empathetic questions, suggest interventions, and adapt its responses based on sentiment detected in both text and voice inputs. It must be compliant with GDPR standards, support multimodal interaction, and be accessible for different user needs, including low-literacy and multiple languages. The chatbot should also be capable of remembering previous user interactions to build trust over time, offer actionable tips, and securely store structured data with explicit user consent. Our goal is to test the prototype with trial users, gather feedback, and refine the design accordingly. The engagement is for a day or two, can be done remotely, and may lead to future work.
