As a Senior Vue.js & Python Full Stack Engineer, you will drive the front-end vision of an AI-powered platform that keeps product roadmaps on track and delivers real impact across teams. In this role, your ideas and decisions will directly shape the product’s direction and user experience, while you collaborate in a flat, transparent, and experiment-driven culture. Requirements

Must Haves

• Extensive experience in Vue.js and Python (at least 4 years in total with either Python or Vue).
• Product-focused mindset with genuine interest in the work being built.
• Proactive nature, asking questions and understanding the bigger picture.
• Take ownership of work and be accountable for outcomes.
• Bias for action: able to quickly test, iterate, and make decisions without getting stuck.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fully remote environment with honesty and radical candor.
• Upper-Intermediate English level.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with Django.
• Experience in an early-stage startup environment.
