Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented SEO Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of search engine optimization techniques and a passion for digital marketing. You will be responsible for enhancing our online presence, driving organic traffic, and improving conversion rates through effective SEO strategies. This role requires collaboration with various teams to ensure that our content is optimized for search engines while also meeting user needs.

Requirements

• Proven experience in SEO with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful projects.
• Proficiency in using SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz) and web analytics software (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress.
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and their implications on SEO performance.
• Experience with Google Tag Manager for tracking implementation and management.
• Knowledge of social media management strategies that complement SEO efforts.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.

Additional Information

• Duties:
• Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
• Develop and implement on-page SEO strategies, including metadata optimization, HTML improvements, and content enhancements.
• Utilize SEO tools and web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Google Search Console to monitor performance and derive insights.
• Collaborate with content creators to ensure that all web content is optimized for search engines while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Manage link building initiatives to enhance domain authority and improve search rankings.
• Analyze website performance metrics and prepare reports on SEO performance, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in SEO, digital marketing, and search engine algorithms to ensure best practices are followed.
• Assist in the management of e-commerce platforms by optimizing product listings for search visibility.
• Implement conversion optimization techniques to enhance user experience and increase lead generation.
