Job Description
We are in search of someone to join our fast-paced and energetic team. The ideal candidate has prior Executive Assistant experience particularly in a sales environment and is proficient in developing effective administrative systems.
Responsibilities
- Very proficient in Meta Business Suite and Paid Advertising
- Provide administrative support to executives
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Interact face-to-face, via telephone and electronic communications with clients, vendors, and co-workers
- Create spreadsheets and presentations
- Maintain accurate databases
- Effectively organize and manage a broad range of tasks
Requirements

Education:
- Associate (Preferred)
Experience:
- Customer relationship management: 3 years (Preferred)
