Job Description

We are in search of someone to join our fast-paced and energetic team. The ideal candidate has prior Executive Assistant experience particularly in a sales environment and is proficient in developing effective administrative systems.

Responsibilities

• Very proficient in Meta Business Suite and Paid Advertising
• Provide administrative support to executives
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Interact face-to-face, via telephone and electronic communications with clients, vendors, and co-workers
• Create spreadsheets and presentations
• Maintain accurate databases
• Effectively organize and manage a broad range of tasks

Requirements

Education:

• Associate (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer relationship management: 3 years (Preferred)
• Executive Assistant: 3 years (Preferred)
