I am working on a personal project that serves as a proof-of-concept for a larger idea. I am seeking a junior web developer with a willingness to learn and contribute to this project using the MERN stack—MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js. As a software engineer with experience in full-stack development, I will provide guidance and collaboration as we build and maintain the web application together. You will help implement frontend components with React, backend APIs with Node.js/Express, and manage data with MongoDB. This is a hybrid role, requiring part-time onsite work in Dallas, TX, and part-time remote work. You should have a basic understanding of web development, enthusiasm to gain real-world experience, and the ability to work independently and communicate effectively.
