We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our development team for a personal project. The main goal is to optimize, scale, and refine our CRM platform and consumer web app, with a focus on AI-powered agent matching and seamless user experiences. Your responsibilities will include enhancing the system architecture for reliability and scalability, collaborating on third-party integrations for e-signatures, payments, and messaging, and improving backend workflows related to invitation codes, payment tracking, and automated invoicing. You will ensure high-quality product releases through testing and performance optimization and mentor junior engineers. The key tech stack includes React.js, Nest.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL, TypeORM, Tailwind CSS, TypeScript, and AWS. Experience with AI/ML-driven systems, scalable architectures, REST APIs, payment processing, and DevOps practices is required. Previous experience with Stripe API, automated invoicing, or real estate/fintech startups is a plus. The project is remote, requires more than a week, and should start as soon as possible.
