BST Consulting Limited - Full-Stack Developer

BST Consulting Limited is a risk and regulatory-technology firm partnering with banks and financial institutions to deliver compliant, production-ready solutions. We are hiring a Full-Stack Developer to design and build secure, scalable applications that power our regulatory and financial technology products.

You will work across the stack, developing responsive frontend and robust backend, while collaborating with product, design, and engineering peers. The role is hybrid — 3 days onsite in Ibadan and 2 days remote weekly.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of professional software development experience
• Strong skills in React/Next.js and TypeScript
• Proficiency in Python with FastAPI (Django experience is a plus)
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred)
• Familiarity with REST APIs, authentication (JWT/OAuth), and secure coding practices
• Knowledge of Docker and Git workflows
• Ability to troubleshoot, write tests, and contribute to clean documentation
• Strong communication and ability to collaborate in hybrid teams
