At Stephan Boeker Films, we don’t just make wedding films; we immortalize legacies. We believe a wedding is the start of a new story, and our job is to craft that story into a cinematic heirloom that a family will cherish for generations. We’re looking for a world-class storyteller to join our mission. This is not a job for a button-pusher. This is a role for an artist who is obsessed with emotion, pacing, and the power of film.

WHO YOU ARE:

You are a storyteller first and an editor second. You live for the hunt of finding the perfect moment in hours of footage. You understand that music, pacing, and sound design are not afterthoughts; they are the soul of the film.

You are relentlessly curious and see feedback as a gift.
You are organized, disciplined, and hold yourself to an incredibly high standard.
You want more than a 9-to-5. You want to be a key player in a growing creative company, with the potential to lead your own projects and expand beyond weddings into the world of brand storytelling.
You believe that a story, told well, can change the world.

THE ROLE:

You will be the lead storyteller for our wedding films, responsible for crafting compelling narratives from start to finish. You’ll work directly with our founder to shape the creative direction of our films and, over time, help us grow our non-wedding brand work.

A link to the single best film you have ever edited.
A link to a simple, 2-minute unlisted YouTube video of you explaining the most difficult storytelling decision you made in that film and why you made it. We want to hear how you think.
Do not send a resume or a traditional cover letter. We will be reviewing applications based on the quality of your work and the clarity of your thinking.
