Saas Bildr + Xano Framework

I am looking for a freelancer to build a framework SaaS using Bildr for the frontend and Xano for authentication and backend. The project is for a personal use, and I want only the basic building blocks of an app, not a full production-ready application. The framework should include a splash page, authentication (sign up, sign in, password reset) via Xano, a PWA, and a side menu with main display and submenus that appear on hover. There will be three user roles: user, admin, and consultant; menu items and sub-menus should be visible based on these roles. The initial menu should have dashboard (blank, for all), users (admin only), and settings (admin only). On clicking users, the main display area should show a table of users with an add user button and edit functionality for individual users, editable fields should include name and title. The Xano database only requires a user table. Ideally, the design should be based on the Bildr “DONE” template for styling. I will use this as a starting point and extend it further myself once delivered.
