Job Description

A technology-driven organization is seeking a Full Stack Developer to support the development and maintenance of custom Enterprise and Point-of-Sale (POS) systems. This role involves designing, building, and optimizing internal applications that are essential to daily operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web-based software solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Debug and optimize existing systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and implement requirements.
• Ensure application security, performance, and scalability.
• Provide additional technical support as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years of experience with:
• SQL - Building databases, queries, stored procedures
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• ASP, ASP.NET (Web Forms or MVC)
• XML
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., SourceAnywhere).
• Experience with development tools and frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Work Environment

• Primarily remote with occasional in-person collaboration in the Research Triangle area.
