We are seeking a skilled Social Media Manager to join Story & Motion in Coventry, United Kingdom, on a part-time, contract basis. As a company, we work with a variety of clients, particularly in events, hospitality, fitness, and lifestyle sectors. You’ll be responsible for managing social media accounts for our clients and our agency, collaborating closely with our film team to create and execute content strategies that drive engagement and growth across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts. We are looking for someone with 3–5+ years of experience in social media marketing or content strategy, a solid track record of organic growth campaigns, an in-depth knowledge of short-form video trends, and an understanding of the UK influencer space. Experience with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Later, Hootsuite, Buffer, or Notion is required, as well as excellent copywriting skills and a good sense for premium brand aesthetics.

The ideal candidate will be results-driven, strategic, and up-to-date on social trends. Responsibilities include suggesting new content ideas, creating and managing a content calendar, posting and tracking analytics for growth, bringing in influencers and collaborations, and providing ideas for shoots. This is a hybrid role, so being willing to work on-site in Coventry and occasionally travel is important. You’ll play a crucial role in keeping our brand and our clients ahead of the curve in digital marketing.
