Job Description

At Simply Fresh Events, we are looking for Event Producers to work alongside our sales team by managing all the details and logistics for weddings, social, and corporate events. This role is suited for individuals with an energetic personality, a passion for the events industry, and excellent customer service skills. The position offers direct growth opportunities into sales and event coordination.

Position Responsibilities

• Handle inbound event inquiries and qualify new leads.
• Draft and revise proposals for the sales team.
• Attend client meetings and venue walkthroughs as needed.
• Partner with preferred vendors to assist clients with rental selection.
• Handle the booking of all rentals for events.
• Update Caterease with event changes as needed.
• Utilize Prismm to design custom floorplans for clients.
• Attend and participate in weekly sales & production meetings.
• Assist with social media and marketing projects as needed.
• Attend assigned events as needed.
• Ensure Event Managers are prepared with necessary information and documentation for events.
• Enhance client relationships and serve as a brand ambassador.
• Other responsibilities as they arise.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years’ service management and/or event experience required.
• Catering experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented with excellent planning and organizational skills.
• College degree in hospitality or related industry preferred.

• Proven leadership and team-building skills.
• Ability to function independently and intuitively in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to speak in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to display professionalism and composure under difficult circumstances.
• Skilled at managing a large pool of off-premise service staff.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently. Bilingual skills preferred.
