Job Description

Baseline Psychiatry is a mental health practice focusing on sports psychiatry and performance. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our content team. You will edit raw footage of presentations on golf courses and other settings into polished, professional videos with the aim of creating compelling, educational, and shareable content for athletes, coaches, and the mental health community.

Responsibilities

• Edit raw footage into high-quality YouTube videos (15-25 min) and short-form content (under 60 sec).
• Add subtitles, transitions, music, and graphics to maintain viewer engagement.
• Optimize content for YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok formats.
• Collaborate on creative ideas for presenting golf course footage alongside mental health and performance insights.
• Deliver content on a consistent schedule (weekly releases).

Requirements

• Strong portfolio of edited YouTube videos and short-form content.
• Experience with Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar.
• Understanding of pacing, storytelling, and social media trends.
• Ability to add engaging captions, graphics, and b-roll.
• Creative eye and ability to bring out personality in the content.
• Interest in sports, golf, or mental health is a plus!

Nice to Have

• Experience with YouTube SEO and thumbnail creation.
• Motion graphics or animation skills.
• Knowledge of current YouTube Shorts and TikTok trends.
