Video Content Creator & Editor (Podcast Reels / Shorts)
Video Editor is needed in New Delhi, India.
We’re looking for a creative video editor and content creator who can transform podcast episodes and live workshop recordings into captivating short-form video content. Edit podcast episodes (video and audio cleanup with visuals), and create 30–90 second Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn clips. Add captions, titles, and key phrases, either auto-generated or manually. Identify hooks, emotional or powerful moments from long-form podcasts, and create visually engaging thumbnails and short title text. Repurpose snippets for stories, teasers, and reels with strong hooks, and occasionally design carousel posts or infographics for social media. The position is for a company, She City India, led by Ruchita Bansal, an urban planner and host of The Human City Podcast, which focuses on making cities more human, inclusive, and gender-sensitive. The role follows a hybrid work approach based in the New Delhi area, and applicants willing to travel are welcome.
