Job Description

Fusion Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Digital Marketing Lead to lead recruitment marketing initiatives with an emphasis on digital channels. This role is ideal for an experienced digital marketer with a blend of strategic, data, and creative skills, who has prior hands-on experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud to drive lead generation and/or customer acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital marketing strategies, campaigns, and tactics across multiple channels, including email, web, social, and more.
• Own the strategy, configuration, execution, and measurement of campaigns and journeys leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Support the development of compelling marketing content across digital channels, in collaboration with recruiting and sales teams across the business.
• Monitor and analyze digital marketing KPIs and campaign analytics, developing executive reporting and insights that can be used to fuel growth.
• Other duties as assigned by Fusion HCS leadership.

Requirements

• Demonstrated success leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud to drive automated marketing campaigns and journeys that produce measurable ROI and business growth.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to do light copywriting for digital channels as needed.
• Strong data analysis skills, including Excel.
• Exposure to and/or working knowledge of SEO, web analytics (Google Analytics), and content strategy principles preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related discipline preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in multi-channel digital marketing.
• 3+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with hands-on experience configuring lead generation/customer acquisition campaigns and journeys.
• One or more active Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification(s) is preferred.
• Experience with leading multi-channel campaigns across email, web, and social channels.
• Experience with deploying marketing strategies across the full-lifecycle customer experience.
• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
