Senior full stack developer for Numa MVP

Numa Health is seeking a senior or full-stack engineer, or a small team, to help deliver the MVP of their dynamic healthcare staffing platform. The project includes building a Swift iOS app for end users and a React-based admin portal, supported by a Node or Django backend and a PostgreSQL database. Candidates should have experience launching apps to the App Store, working with REST/GraphQL APIs, using PostgreSQL, and integrating push notifications and real-time features. The work is milestone-driven with acceptance tests covering tasks like authentication, shift management, messaging, and check-in flows, plus a mandatory short test task, IP assignment, and a 30-day bug-fixing window. The project will be fully remote and offers a part-time contract, as part of a mission-driven company aimed at reimagining healthcare work through technology, data, and social impact.
