Job Description

We are seeking a Creative Media Producer to lead the development, design, and production of engaging multimedia content across digital and print platforms. This highly creative and strategic role will drive storytelling and brand expression through video, photography, audio, and graphic design — helping bring the Cypress brand to life and supporting internal initiatives as well as external consulting projects. What You Will Do

Conceptualize, produce, and edit multimedia campaigns including video, photography, audio, and digital media.

• Collaborate with marketing, communications, and leadership teams to ensure alignment with brand strategy and organizational goals.
• Develop storyboards, scripts, and production plans for high-impact storytelling.
• Manage all phases of production — from pre-production and filming to post-production and delivery.
• Oversee brand standards across visual and digital content for consistency and excellence.
• Utilize platforms like Hootsuite and analytics tools to monitor engagement and optimize digital strategies.
• Provide creative direction and mentorship to team members and freelance collaborators.
• Explore and integrate emerging tools, formats, and technologies to enhance content quality and reach.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Media Production, Graphic Design, Film, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in multimedia production or related creative field.
• Strong storytelling, writing, and visual communication skills.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and other production tools.
• Proven ability to independently generate ideas and manage multiple projects with precision.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset.
