Job Description

RedCloud Consulting is seeking a Customer Evidence Creative Producer to support immediate client operations. This role will involve working closely with project managers, copywriters, and other creative stakeholders to manage and produce written and visual storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Experience in managing large-scale content production projects or programs.
• Manages cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Drives strategic vision, creative direction, and execution.
• Ensures brand alignment and high-quality deliverables.
• Communicates with senior leadership, internal stakeholders, and external customers.

Requirements

• Creating and producing customer stories in various formats for events, websites, social media, blogs, etc.
• Collaborating with product marketing and stakeholders to meet business objectives and highlight Microsoft’s competitive advantage.
• Engaging with customers to understand their use scenarios and industry trends for story creation.
• Aligning teams, managing risks, setting content delivery expectations, and balancing deadlines with business needs.
• Producing B2B content to support sales pipelines, especially in the software sector.
• Transforming buyer insights and trends into valuable marketing content.

Compensation and Benefits
