Job Description

Altitude Sports is looking to collaborate with new talents to expand its pool of freelance E-commerce Photographers. This position is offered on an “on-call” basis, with a compensation of $300 per day (8 hours/day, with a 1-hour break). We are searching for studio professionals who combine technical rigor with efficiency in a fast-paced environment. If you are known for your ability to consistently produce a high volume of high-quality images with self-reliance and precision, we are interested in your profile.

Requirements

• Mandatory proficiency in Creative Force.
• Demonstrated experience (1–2 years) in an e-commerce studio environment, with a proven ability to manage high-volume production.
• Excellent technical mastery of studio photography: lighting, Capture One, Photoshop, and MacOS environment.
• Self-starter (autonomy), rigor, and strong attention to detail.
• Fluent French (essential), functional English.

Responsibilities

• High-Volume Production: Maintain a high shooting pace (50+ per day, depending on product type) to meet daily production targets.
• In-Studio Technical Execution: Manage lighting, composition, and camera settings (Canon) to ensure color consistency and accuracy, adhering strictly to our style guide.
• Creative Force Workflow Management: Utilize the platform to track projects and ensure a smooth workflow from capture to post-production.
• Effective Collaboration: Work in tandem with the Stylist to optimize product preparation and staging.
• Quality Control: Write clear retouching notes for the post-production team.
