DaVinci Resolve Studio Editor

I am looking to work with an expert in DaVinci Resolve Studio to help me streamline my workflow for personal videography and photography projects. I am a retired hobbyist with interests in travel photography across the US and Canada, using mirrorless cameras and drones. I have taken some Resolve courses before, but still find areas like workflow optimization, monitor calibration, and achieving color consistency challenging. My main goal is to make my post-production process more efficient and effective for the type of work I do, which is mainly for friends, family, and personal enjoyment. I have a high-end Windows setup with the necessary software and hardware, and would like guidance tailored to my skills, objectives, and time commitment—particularly on topics like working with timelines, optimal export settings for YouTube, and color workflow approaches. The scope of the project is an estimated 5-7 hours of remote consulting, with some flexibility.
