Job Description

Nektyd is a fast-growing software company transforming how field service businesses manage their operations, from routing and dispatching to invoicing and automation. We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Content Creator to produce professional-grade videos, visuals, and short-form content that effectively communicates Nektyd’s story, product, and culture. This role combines creativity, storytelling, and light editing while maintaining the clarity and professionalism expected of a SaaS brand.

Requirements

• 1–3 years experience in video production, content creation, or digital marketing
• Proficiency with editing tools (Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci, or equivalent)
• Eye for clean, modern composition and strong storytelling
• Basic understanding of SaaS, B2B, or tech content
• Organized and able to meet weekly deliverables (approx. 10 hrs/week)

Preferred

• Familiarity with YouTube Shorts / Reels / LinkedIn content algorithms
• Experience working with startups or founders directly
• Interest in storytelling, automation, or field service industries

Responsibilities

• Film, edit, and publish short-form video content for web and social (LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram)
• Create engaging visuals and clips highlighting product features, client success stories, and updates
• Collaborate with the CEO on content ideas and weekly posting cadence
• Repurpose long-form clips (screen recordings, demos, interviews, webinars) into snackable pieces
• Maintain consistent brand tone and aesthetic across all media
• Suggest fresh creative directions, scripts, and campaign ideas

Compensation

$20–25/hour (10 hrs/week, flexible schedule, remote or hybrid in Orange County)
