Job Description

Full Stack Media, led by Joshua Sardinas in Miami, is seeking a talented video editor to join the team. This role is designed for someone who not only possesses exceptional editing skills but also wishes to grow alongside the business. The ideal candidate should be passionate about creating engaging content and collaborating to build something meaningful, as the company aims to establish itself in the competitive Miami market.

Requirements

• A serious video editor with real skills in software such as Premiere Pro, Davinci, Final Cut, or Cap Cut.
• A focus on craft and storytelling, rather than just producing clips.
• A desire to engage in meaningful work, rejecting the notion of ghost jobs.
• Based in Miami, FL, with some on-site work required (hybrid setup).

Responsibilities

• Edit both short-form and long-form video content, including TikTok, Reels, YouTube, podcasts, and client promos.
• Enhance content with clean pacing, transitions, and motion to ensure audience engagement.
• Collaborate directly with Joshua on creative ideas and project direction.
• Contribute to the growth of Full Stack Media into a larger enterprise.
