Job Description

Wondir Studios is a creative production company specializing in high-quality podcast and interview content. We are seeking a skilled Social Media Video Editor to join our roster for ongoing weekly work. This is a remote, freelance role with consistent projects each week.

Requirements

• Proven experience editing short-form content for social platforms.
• Strong command of English for transcript-based direction.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Solid understanding of motion design, pacing, and visual storytelling.
• Strong portfolio of work that demonstrates technical and creative ability.

What You’ll Do

• Cut multiple short-form social clips (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) from pre-existing podcast and interview footage.
• Add accurate captions and clean text animations.
• Work from transcript notes and timecodes in English.
• Download and manage large video files (Dropbox, Google Drive, Frame.io).
• Use AI tools responsibly to optimize workflow while demonstrating creativity and craftsmanship beyond what AI tools can produce.
• Deliver polished, platform-ready edits that align with our creative standards.

Bonus Points

• You can recreate the Creed edit from scratch.
• You’ve produced multiple viral edits or contributed to high-performing accounts.
• You have measurable engagement on TikTok or Instagram Reels.

This is a freelance position with ongoing weekly work. We produce interview-based content for clients who value quality, speed, and storytelling. You’ll be part of a creative, detail-oriented team focused on crafting meaningful, high-performing content.
