Job Description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:

• Mondays to Fridays, 4 hours per day
• Schedule is flexible but preferred 6:00 to 10:00 am or 10:00 am to 2:00 pm PST

Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute social media campaigns across multiple platforms
• Handle daily engagement activities including responding to comments and messages
• Conduct outreach activities to potential customers and influencers
• Perform follow-up communications with leads and prospects
• Capture and qualify leads from social media interactions
• Create and maintain brand consistency across all social media touchpoints
• Complete basic virtual assistant tasks as needed
• Provide daily reports on activities and progress
• Work with pre-planned content systems and scheduling tools

Requirements

• Experience in social media management
• Strong comprehension and communication skills
• Proven ability to engage effectively with audiences on social media platforms
• Experience maintaining brand consistency across digital channels
• Quick learner who can adapt to new systems and processes
• Easy to work with and collaborative mindset
• Portfolio demonstrating previous social media work and content creation
• Experience with influencer outreach and relationship building
• Multi-platform social media operations experience
• Ability to analyze engagement metrics and performance data
