I am developing Plotwise, a software platform that streamlines property development feasibility analysis by interpreting planning schemes, zoning codes, and overlay requirements. The platform generates actionable development checklists and reports. Our current stack uses Python with Streamlit for the frontend, GeoPandas and Shapely for spatial processing, the GNAF database and Google Maps API for geocoding, plus Folium for mapping visualization. I need a full-stack developer with experience in Python and React for a part-time contract to help enhance and develop new features for this platform.
