Job Description

NTT Data is hiring an Instructional Designer to join our team in a remote capacity. This is a 6-month temporary position with the possibility of extension. The role involves providing instructional design expertise as part of the Learning and Development team within the aligned business line. Key responsibilities include conducting task analysis, developing new training materials, enhancing existing materials, and collaborating with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to create comprehensive training solutions that are aligned with the latest industry trends and instructional methodologies for virtual learning.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in adult learning practices, including developing training needs assessments and content development for e-learning and virtual delivery.
• Adult education diploma, certificate, or degree with in-depth knowledge of adult learning principles, training methodologies, and best practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with cross-functional teams and maintain relationships with internal subject matter experts.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and accurately estimate time for deliverables.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and working independently in environments with changing priorities.
• Proficiency in designing interactive eLearning modules in various formats (e.g., videos, screen-recorded tutorials, podcasts).
• Experience developing scripts or storyboards for digital assets, including videos and eLearning materials.
• Experience with tools such as Vyond, Articulate 360, Office 365, MS Teams, Audacity, and Snag-it.
• Experience in creating and editing voiceovers using AI-based text-to-speech applications.

Preferred

• Experience facilitating training through MS Teams.

Compensation

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly rate for this remote role is $30.00/hour. Actual compensation will depend on factors including the candidate’s work location, experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
