Full-stack development

I want to build a scheduling app that helps me allocate resources across multiple jobs and an internal messaging system. I want to develop an app that will help small business owners (mostly looking at the construction business). I am envisioning a GANTT-style schedule that can have multiple projects displayed at the same time, and the resources that the company has can be loaded and assigned to different tasks. This way, the app can show managers if they have resources that are double-booked and realistically when they will be able to take on more work. I got a close working model using AI, but it seems like it is too complicated to fix all the small issues. I will use this app personally, but would also like to sell it if possible, and I’m looking for a full-stack developer to bring this idea to life. I am a project manager for a construction manager in LA, and the app should enable easy and effective management of resources and team communication across multiple ongoing projects. Remote work is fine for this project, and there may be opportunities for future work if things go well.
