Job Description

This is a remote position for a Content Producer, offering a salary range of Php60k – Php80K. The working hours are from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM PHT, observing Philippine holidays. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in the client’s talent and people operations brand, focusing on the end-to-end production of various content types, including podcasts, video clips, and digital visuals. The ideal candidate will treat the content as their own and must have a passion for design, storytelling, and digital content.

Responsibilities

• Content Creation:
• Edit podcasts, interviews, and video clips using Descript (preferred) and/or Adobe Suite (preferred).
• Design on-brand static and carousel content using Canva.
• Create 3–5 cinematic Reels per week for various platforms.
• Repurpose long-form content into engaging short-form formats.
• Design branded visuals for newsletters, case studies, and announcements.
• Apply a “cinematic feel” and storytelling pacing to all video and graphic outputs.
• Content Strategy & Ownership:
• Suggest and experiment with new formats (e.g., A/B testing reels).
• Take creative ownership of the content lifecycle: ideation, production, publishing.
• Stay ahead of trends and inject fresh ideas into the content roadmap.
• Publishing & Scheduling:
• Schedule and publish content across 2–3 platforms.
• Ensure posts follow platform-specific best practices.
• Maintain a consistent publishing cadence (5 posts/week).
• Audience Growth & Engagement:
• Track engagement metrics and suggest strategies to boost reach.
• Respond to basic comments/messages where appropriate.
• Deliver monthly performance reports highlighting wins and insights.
• Brand Alignment:
• Ensure visual and tonal alignment with brand identity.
• Keep brand assets and templates updated.
• Deliver on-brand visuals and messaging.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications or related fields.
• 2-3 years of proven experience in content production or digital media.
• Proficient in Descript and Adobe Suite.
• Excellent design skills using Canva.
• Experience with social media management across multiple platforms.
• Strong storytelling, pacing, branding, and tone understanding.
• Creative ownership mindset; comfortable making independent decisions.
• Desirable: Experience with AI tools for content formatting, LinkedIn Native Scheduler, and OneDrive.
