With a reputation for integrity, discretion, and precision, we deliver factual evidence that supports risk mitigation, claims resolution, and litigation defense.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative Social Media Assistant to help manage and grow our online presence. This is a remote position that involves supporting the marketing team with posting content, engaging with followers, and keeping our social media pages active and up to date.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and schedule posts on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Monitor comments, messages, and mentions; respond or forward them when needed
• Help brainstorm and plan new content ideas
• Track engagement metrics (likes, shares, followers, etc.)
• Stay updated with social media trends and suggest improvements
• Assist in creating simple graphics or captions using tools like Canva

Requirements

• Basic understanding of popular social media platforms
• Good written communication skills
• Creative and detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Reliable internet connection and access to a computer or smartphone
• (Optional but a plus) Experience with tools like Canva, Buffer, or Hootsuite
