The firm provides institutional access and tailored liquidity solutions across a global network of leading private companies. With deep market expertise and a focus on innovation, FNEX facilitates efficient, secure, and strategic transactions in the private capital markets.

We are looking for a reliable and creative Social Media Assistant to help manage and grow our online presence. This is an entry-level, remote position perfect for someone who enjoys social media, has good communication skills, and pays attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and schedule posts across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Engage with followers by liking, commenting, and responding to messages or questions
• Help research trends, hashtags, and new content ideas
• Monitor social media analytics and report on engagement and growth
• Assist with creating captions, graphics, and short videos using tools like Canva or CapCut
• Support the marketing team with general online tasks and promotions

Requirements

• Basic understanding of major social media platforms
• Good written communication and creativity
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Access to a smartphone, laptop, and reliable internet connection
• Experience with tools like Canva, Buffer, or Hootsuite is a plus (but not required)
