Job Description

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to join a renowned UK retail and lifestyle brand based in Slough. This family-founded retailer is known for its exceptional customer experience and robust growth over the past three decades. The role is within the collaborative Multichannel Team, focusing on CRM, email marketing, and broader digital channels. This position offers an exciting opportunity for an emerging digital marketer to contribute to a brand that values creativity and innovation.

You will be responsible for delivering engaging, data-driven email campaigns and CRM journeys to enhance customer retention and engagement. Additionally, you will collaborate with creative, trading, and tech teams for high-quality campaign delivery, support wider digital marketing initiatives, and analyze campaign performance to contribute fresh ideas for shaping digital strategy.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

• 1–2 years’ experience in retail or e-commerce marketing (CRM or digital focus preferred).
• Strong communication, organisational, and project-management skills.
• Confidence in using or learning marketing automation tools such as Ometria, DotDigital, or Bloomreach.
• Collaborative, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about working in a fast-moving, customer-centric environment.
