Job Description

Invisible Narratives is looking for a Hybrid Video + Sound Editor who can integrate both video and sound editing into a cohesive cinematic experience. You will be responsible for editing episodes, trailers, and other creative materials primarily within the Skibidi Toilet universe and other original IPs. This role entails managing the entire post-production process, including picture editing, sound design, mixing, and final delivery, establishing yourself as a one-person creative engine in digital storytelling.

Requirements

• A full-stack editor fluent in both video and sound.
• Strong proficiency in Premiere Pro and either Pro Tools, Logic Pro, or Reaper.
• Experience in editing cinematic short-form content, animation, or stylized action.
• A natural sense of pacing, tone, and rhythm—ability to edit with both ears and eyes.
• Capable of working quickly, accepting feedback, and delivering broadcast-quality sound mixes.
• Passion for gaming, sci-fi, and animation worlds.

What You’ll Do

• Edit and mix videos, episodes, and short-form materials from rough cut to final delivery.
• Handle full sound design and audio post independently—ranging from dialogue cleanup to the final mix.
• Build rhythm, emotion, and cinematic tension through timing, pacing, and music integration.
• Collaborate directly with creative leadership to translate storyboards and direction into finished edits.
• Layer sound, score, and visual effects to enhance impact and storytelling.
• Deliver broadcast-ready final exports optimized for YouTube, social, and MVOD platforms.
