Job Description

We are seeking a creative Video Editor & Graphic Designer to craft engaging videos, promos, and podcast content for YouTube/social media. Your work will contribute to reshaping the narrative about disability, highlighting the abilities, achievements, and stories of individuals with disabilities. Through your creative video content, you will play a key role in shaping how Disability Equals Ability connects with stakeholders, funders, and the broader public. By creating engaging and impactful content, you will help us:

  • Raise awareness about the achievements and stories of individuals with disabilities.
  • Strengthen our brand identity and reach a wider audience across social media platforms.
  • Foster greater engagement and support for our mission of promoting inclusivity and equality.

Requirements

We’re looking for a Video Editor and Graphic Designer with:

  • Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro or similar editing software.
  • Strong storytelling skills and the ability to structure videos for engagement.
  • A deep understanding of social media platforms and their content styles.
  • Experience creating captions, promos, and documentary-style videos.
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Bonus Skills: Knowledge in motion graphics, thumbnails, or visual effects.

Job Responsibilities

As a passionate Video Editor and Graphic Designer, you will:

  • Edit short videos, including promos, documentary-style shorts, and longer podcast episodes for distribution on YouTube and social media.
