Job Description
Tote is on a mission to reinvent the experience of pool betting for the modern age, blending rich heritage with innovative digital storytelling. We’re looking for a talented Motion Designer & Video Editor to bring our brand to life through dynamic, engaging video content. Working closely with our Creative and Social teams, you’ll define and implement the visual language for all video and motion content, from social-first campaigns to educational assets.
Your role will involve creating, editing, animating, and optimizing video content to drive engagement, build brand awareness, and support marketing objectives across multiple channels. As a key part of scaling our in-house creative capability, you’ll ensure that every piece of video content reflects the distinct identity of Tote.
Requirements
You’ll have proven experience with editing and animating video content for social media and paid channels including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and Google. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro and After Effects, is essential, along with strong 2D and 3D animation skills. A working knowledge of audio editing and sound design is desired for creating polished, production-ready content.
Additionally, you should be capable of creating and maintaining scalable asset libraries and templates that improve efficiency and consistency across campaigns. You possess a sharp design eye, strong storytelling instincts, and the ability to translate brand guidelines into engaging motion graphics. Strong organizational and self-motivation skills are necessary for managing multiple projects independently while maintaining high creative standards.
Experience collaborating with marketing teams to test creative formats and apply data-driven insights is required. An understanding of best practices for producing engaging short-form and educational video content for digital audiences is essential. Ideally, background experience from the betting, gaming, or sports entertainment industries is preferred, and familiarity with video analytics, A/B testing, and performance measurement would be beneficial. Basic filming and production setups knowledge, including lighting, framing, and camera work, is a bonus.
