Job Description

Sircle Media is a social media agency based in New York City that specializes in the CPG & Beverage verticals. We focus on strategy, execution, content development, and paid social media buying to help our clients achieve online and in-store success. We are seeking an Art Director with advanced AI creation skills to be an integral part of our creative team, driving the next era of creativity at Sircle.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio blending traditional art direction and advanced AI work.
• Proven art direction experience across brand campaigns, visual systems, and social storytelling.
• Expertise in AI tools such as Midjourney, Freepik, Firefly, Sora, Krea, or Runway; especially in photo-real prompting and lifestyle photography generation.
• Ability to write and communicate clear direction to designers and content creators (more design-focused than photography-focused).
• Comfortable discussing brand and campaign strategy in both internal and client-facing settings.
• Bonus: experience developing stylistic or AI-driven UGC concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead concepting and visual direction across campaigns and brand systems.
• Create and art direct AI-generated assets, including photo-real lifestyle scenes and product visuals.
• Develop brand and campaign systems using both traditional and AI-driven tools.
• Write clear, actionable art direction for designers and freelancers across multiple content formats.
• Collaborate with social media managers, freelance creators, and UGC creators to translate strategy into compelling visual storytelling.
• Introduce and test new AI tools, workflows, and creative methods to enhance team performance.
• Stay updated on visual, cultural, and AI trends.
• Participate in brainstorms, pitches, and client presentations with confidence.

• Developing AI design systems or brandscapes that establish consistent brand languages.
• Generating visual elements such as pattern libraries and campaign environments using AI.
• Thinking like a brand strategist to scale creative cohesion across projects.
• Background in Graphic Design or a strong eye for visual layout.

Compensation

The salary for this role ranges from $75,000 to $90,000 annually, along with benefits including a 401K with an automatic 3% company match, flexible PTO, health, vision, and dental insurance.
