Job Description

As a Video Editor, you’ll play a crucial role in bringing stories to life through captivating visuals and engaging content. You will collaborate with creative teams to edit and produce high-quality video projects that resonate with audiences across various platforms. Your expertise in video editing software and your artistic eye will ensure that each project meets the highest standards of quality and creativity.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Bridge.
• Strong understanding of post-production processes including color grading, sound design, and motion graphics.
• Experience with videography techniques including filming and lighting setups.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of typography principles for effective visual storytelling.
• Experience working with FTP for file transfers and asset management.

What You’ll Do

• Edit raw footage into polished videos that align with project goals and brand identity.
• Collaborate with directors, producers, and other team members to understand project requirements and vision.
• Utilize Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, and Avid for seamless video editing and post-production processes.
• Enhance videos with motion graphics using Adobe After Effects and Cinema 4D.
• Conduct photo editing and manipulation using Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, and Capture One to create visually stunning content.
• Manage video assets through content management systems (CMS) ensuring organized workflows.
• Stay updated on industry trends in video production, graphic design, and photography to bring fresh ideas to projects.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time while maintaining high-quality standards.
