I run a digital marketing agency and am looking for a skilled short-form video editor to turn long podcast episodes into high-quality shorts for YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. You will receive source links in a spreadsheet and will be responsible for selecting engaging moments and editing them into visually appealing, branded clips aligned with each podcast host’s tone. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of pacing, storytelling, and quickly engaging viewers, as well as the ability to add dynamic captions, motion graphics, B-roll, and brand elements. You’ll need a clean, modern editing style suited for business, health, and lifestyle podcasts, excellent communication, and attention to detail. The work is remote and ongoing, starting with paid test clips and moving to regular weekly projects, with creative freedom and direct collaboration.
