Salary Range: $90,000 to $110,000 per year

Requirements

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:

• 8+ years of experience in Python and Java technologies.
• Python developer with DB experience.
• Design, implement, and optimize Python-based orchestration frameworks for multi-agent AI systems using tools like LangGraph, LangChain, and FastAPI.
• Develop robust async architectures to support concurrent reasoning, tool use, and long-running workflows across distributed compute environments.
• Integrate LLMs with MCP servers, vector databases, and observability systems for adaptive agent behavior.
• Ensure reliability, performance, and maintainability through rigorous testing, type safety (mypy/pydantic), and production-grade CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate on system design and platform evolution, contributing to abstractions, developer SDKs, and runtime instrumentation for agent lifecycle management.
• Experience with agentic memory management (long term memory and short term memory).

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop API, services, and ETL applications using Java or Python.
• Design and build microservices-based architectures for real-time reports and analytics solutions.
• Database design/build for applications using SQL, Oracle, MySQL, etc.
• Build/run CI/CD and containerized solutions including but not limited to LR/Jenkins/GIT/Bitbucket/monitoring & logging tools like AppDynamics, Logstash, ELF is preferred.
• Strong experience in Java 8, J2EE, React JS, Vert.X, RDBMS, Spring Boot, Microservice architecture, and Agile methodologies.
• Experience working with code building tools and on source repositories.
• Hands-on experience with development tools and testing frameworks.
• Candidates should be able to work in a Hybrid environment from Sunrise, FL.
• Writing unit and integration test cases for code coverage.
