Job Description
Bowker Motor Group is one of the North West’s most established and respected family-owned automotive groups, representing prestigious brands like BMW, MINI, and Porsche. We are expanding our Group marketing team with the addition of a new Digital Marketing Executive. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to group-wide digital activity across multiple premium brands, working within a high-performing team that delivers innovative, insight-driven campaigns for the Group’s dealerships across Lancashire and Greater Manchester. This position will be based within the existing Marketing Team, on-site at our office on Preston Docklands.
The Role
This key role involves supporting the development, delivery, and optimisation of digital marketing channels. You will work closely with the Marketing team to ensure campaigns run efficiently and achieve meaningful commercial impact through active lead generation. Your responsibilities will include:
- Working across various touchpoints including paid social, search, web content, analytics, and digital asset delivery.
- Setting up and monitoring paid social and paid search activity across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Google.
- Supporting agency partners with campaign set-up, QA, and performance reviews.
- Managing assets, tracking creative performance, and scheduling refreshes in line with brand guidelines.
- Liaising with internal teams and partner agencies to brief and organise new campaigns.
- Tracking engagement, feedback, and digital behaviours across channels to identify opportunities.
- Supporting updates to websites, basic SEO tasks, link management, and UTM tracking.
- Managing tracking links, pixels, and performance updates where required.
Requirements
To be considered for this position, candidates should meet the following criteria:
- 1–2 years’ experience in digital marketing or performance marketing.
- Understanding of Meta/TikTok/LinkedIn/Google Ads platforms; certification would be advantageous.
- A strong interest in creative performance and factors driving engagement and conversion.
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
- Confident working with spreadsheets, dashboards, and campaign management tools.
- A proactive mindset and willingness to learn across multiple automotive brands.
- Appreciation and understanding of luxury retail brands.
