You’ll transform our lifestyle and product clips into 15–60-second UGC-style ads with sharp pacing, emotional rhythm, and clean overlays. We start every collaboration with a small paid assignment to understand creative chemistry and workflow. Strong performers move into an ongoing retainer ($200–$600 USD/month for 20–40 videos). Responsibilities: Edit short-form ad videos for Meta Reels, TikTok, and Instagram Stories. Apply clear hooks, captions, text overlays, and fitting audio. Keep pacing fast but natural for mobile-first audiences. Deliver drafts within 48 hours and respond quickly to feedback. Requirements: Experience editing DTC or ecommerce video ads. Understanding of Hook → Problem → Solution → CTA flow. Proficient in Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Final Cut Pro. Detail-oriented, dependable, and communicative.
