The Role: As a 2D Animator/Motion Designer, you’ll play a key role in developing dynamic and visually compelling motion content that enhances our client’s storytelling across digital platforms. Working closely with our Creative, Post-Production, and Strategy teams, you’ll translate concepts into engaging animated visuals that bring industrial brands to life. You’ll create everything from logo animations and motion idents to social content, explainer videos, and digital campaigns, always with an eye for craft, detail, and storytelling.

Requirements

A little bit about you:

• 3+ years of professional experience in motion design, animation, or related creative field.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop is required.
• Working knowledge of Blender, Cinema 4D, and 3D plugins for After Effects are an asset.
• Experience in the industrial sector and/or an agency setting is an asset.
• Experience in creating video infographics, logo animations, motion idents, and brand-driven animations.
• Ability to write and apply expressions within After Effects to streamline animation workflows.
• Understanding of animation principles, design composition, and timing.
• Ability to take direction well, respond constructively to feedback, and work collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organization skills.
• A strong portfolio showcasing both technical ability and creative range in motion design.

• Competitive salary: $70,000-$90,000 (based on experience)
